Description
He finds her on the school’s rooftop days after their last battle against the Fullbringers. She tells him about all of the things they have endured, the things she wishes to change, her mistakes, her regrets. She talks about Kurosaki and how much she wishes she could’ve done something to help him. She talks about Kurosaki and Kuchiki.
And then she cries.
He is quiet the whole time as she cries on his shoulder. He does not question her tears, eyes red and cheeks stained. He does not question his decision to cut class for her, he has done-and will do-so many things just for her.
She looks at him, a tight smile on her face. “I’m sorry for worrying you Ishida-kun,” she said, giving him a hug. She buries her face on his shoulder. “Thank you so much for being my friend.”
Friend.
“It’s alright, Inoue-san,” he whispers, a sad smile gracing his face. He hugs her tighter, burying his face on her hair, inhaling the floral scent of her shampoo.
“I’m just glad you’re safe.”

Good Lord, I finally finished it! *cries tears of blood and joy* I know it's not that much for most people but those people might be gods and I am just a mere mortal. XD
It was supposed to be only for Tumblr but then the quality was horrible (I don't blame my laptop) so I uploaded it on Youtube (still horrible, but I don't blame my laptop). So I uploaded it here, hoping that maybe it would show up sharper here on DA.
